Medical Society Membership Pictorial Annual Directory 

Directories are published primarily for the Stanislaus Medical Society members. The Directory incorporates the most recent information available on each member physician, and is distributed yearly to each member and advertising sponsor.  For extra copies of the Directory, contact SMS by email: sms@stanislausmedicalsociety.com or leave a voicemail message at 527-1704 to request an order form.

Mailing labels may be purchased by members and healthcare related companies for medically oriented correspondence. i.e. new practice, office relocation notices, medical seminars and meetings, for a nominal charge.  An up-to-date listing is used to extract data and print labels only, no database requests accepted.  Contact SMS at 527-1704 to order labels.
